(I): (where R1 is 1-2C acyl, 2-3C alkoxy carbonyl, amino-carbonyl 2-3C alkylaminocarbonyl, 3-5C dialkylaminocarbonyl or 2-3C alkyl opt. substd. by halogen, OH, Oalkyl, 1-3c acyloxy or succinyloxy and R2 is H or Cl) are prepd. either by introducing R1 into a 5-unsubstd. 1,5-benzodiazepine or by modifying a 5-hydroxyalkyl-1,5-benzodiazepine to give other 5-substd. alkyl derivs. Thus (I, R2 = Cl, R1 = HCO) is prepd. by reacting the corresp. 5-unsubstd. -1,5-benzodiazepine with HCOOH.</p> |
