The invention relates to a process in a reeling device which comprises a first rotary roller 15 and a second rotary roller 20 forming a nip N, into which nip N the web W is introduced. In the nip N, a nip pressure Gr acts upon the web W and, after the nip N, the web W is wound up on the said second rotary roller 20, which second rotary roller 20 is supported on reeling rails 10 or equivalent. Once the second rotary roller 20 in the process has been made up into a full roller 21, the said made-up full roller 21 is moved to an exchange position and the reeling rails 10 or equivalent are tilted at a desired angle α in order to receive a new second rotary roller 20 and start a new reeling. <IMAGE>
