PURPOSE:To stably maintain a high temperature fluid outlet temperature and a low temperature fluid outlet temperature by mounting a bypass tube at a vapor tube for coupling an evaporating tube group outlet to a condensing tube group inlet, providing a heat reservoir, a flowrate regulator at the bypass tube, and providing a signal generator for measuring the outlet temperature of low or high temperature fluid and sending a control signal to the regulator. CONSTITUTION:In the case of normal operation, a regulating valve 15 on a vapor tube 7, and a regulating valve 14 of a bypass tube 11 are fully closed, heat transfer medium is circulated, and stored in heat reservation material 13 in a heat reservoir 12. If the load of a device is reduced, high and low temperature fluid outlet temperatures are lowered, and heat transfer medium temperature is also lowered. Since the temperature of the outlet of low temperature fluid 10 is measured, a control signal is sent from a temperature regulating meter 16 to operate the valve 15 in a closing direction and to operate the valve 14 in an opening direction, the vapor of the medium passing through the tube 11 is heated by the material 13 of the reservoir 12 to raise its vapor temperature, to raise the high and low temperature fluid outlet temperatures, thereby stably maintaining the outlet temperatures at predetermined values. |
