PURPOSE:To obtain the title wiping material suitable for skin care of make-up, etc., by subjecting a specific nonwoven fabric to water needle treatment under a specific condition. CONSTITUTION:One side of both sides of a nonwoven fabric having 100-200g/m<2> is subjected to water needle treatment under 30-80kg/cm<2> water jet pressure at 10-40m/min treatment speed to give the objective wiping material subjected to fiber interlacement from one side or both side of the nonwoven fabric to 1/4 to 2/4. |
