<p>PURPOSE:To easily adjust resistance value without deteriorating high frequency characteristics, by forming a resistance film and a pair of conductors on an insulating substrate so as to face each other, and cutting out or fusing and diffusing the facing end portions of the conductors. CONSTITUTION:A resistance film 12 is formed by printing resistive paste on an insulating substrate 11, and baking said paste. A conductor 13a and a conductor 13b are formed so as to face each other, by printing copper based or silver palladium based conductive paste on both sides of the resistance film 12 and baking said paste. The facing end portions of the conductors 13a, 13b are cut or fused by using laser light or sandblast. At this time, the resistance value is increased by cutting out the facing end portions and widening the facing gap, or decreased by fusing and diffusing the facing end portions and narrowing the facing gap. Hence the resistance value can be easily adjusted.</p> |
