<p>PURPOSE:To collect data only by preparing one recording medium for each driver by using the prescribed areas of the storage medium for registering information concerning a card disabling a credit transaction and for storing time sequantial data. CONSTITUTION:A read / write means 13 reads out information, which is registered on the prescribed area of a storage medium 17 in advance, concerning the card disabling the credit transaction, the read information concerning the card disabling the credit transaction is stored in a storing means 13, and the time sequential data are written in the prescribed area of the recording medium 17 while being superimposed onto the information concerning the card disabling the credit transaction. Therefore, since the prescribed areas of the storage medium 17 are used for writing both data such as the information concerning the card disabling the credit transaction and the time sequential data, it is not necessary to use the two storage media 17 for storing the respective data. Thus, various data can be collected by one storage medium 17 for each driver.</p> |
