<p>PURPOSE:To simplify a lock mechanism and to protec a tape and the mechanism when power is cut by preventing the rotation of a disklike gear in a slider driving part in a brake mechanism so as to lock it and demagnetizing an electromagnetic plunger so as to release locking when power is cut. CONSTITUTION:When the turn of a brake release lever 25 stops, the arm 85c of a tortion spring 85 is slightly detached from the spring abutted part 81 of a lock lever 77 forward. Thus, the turn force of a counterclockwise direction is added to the lever 77 by the shift force of the supporting pin in the spring 85 forward and a brake shoe 84 is pressed with contact with a transmission gear 49 so as to prevent rotation. Thus, the rotation of the transmission system in the slider driving part is prevented and therefore the position of a rack 40 is fixed. Then, a mode slider 35 is locked in a position of a rack 40 is fixed. Then, a mode slider 35 is locked in a position at the time of stop or a position at the time of playing. When power is cut in the modes, the electromagnetic plunger 29 is demagnetized and pressure by the lever 25 as against the lever 77 is released, whereby the lever is returned to a non-locked position by the force of repulsion by a leaf spring 83. Thus, the lock mechanisms simplified and cost is made inexpensive and the tape and the mechanism when power is cut are protected.</p> |
