<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the subject apparatus capable of improving the yield of waste paper pulp and remarkably decreasing the leakage of secret information by providing a means to defibrate a waste document, etc., in a water tank to obtain an aqueous suspension, a means for transferring the suspension to a part above the water surface of the tank and a means to collect the defibrated material and return water to the water tank. CONSTITUTION:The objective document disposer disposes waste documents such as various documents and drawings in a state unable to read the information of the original document. Waste documents, etc., are dropped on the water surface 4 in a water tank casing 1 and defibrated in water by rotating a stirring means composed of a propeller 2 to obtain an aqueous suspension of defibrated material. The suspension is passed through the holes 10' of a transfer inlet 10 by a transfer means 11 and transferred through a transfer pipe 12 to a part above the water surface 4 of the water tank. The defibrated material in the suspension is poured from an outlet 13 to a defibrated material collection means 5 having a shape of net basket and collected in the collection means. Water separated from the suspension is returned to the water tank 1.</p> |
