PURPOSE:To generate an arbitrary grid voltage by using not a specific constant- voltage element but serialized one distributed generally by serially connecting the constant-voltage element and a resistance with the gird, and specifying the value of the resistance. CONSTITUTION:A constant-voltage element 10 and a resistance 12 are serially connected with the grid of a corotron, and the value R of the resistance 12 is made into a size to be expressed by an expression I towards a desired grid voltage VG. Vz expresses the operating voltage of the constant-voltage element, and I expresses a grid current, in the expression I. That is, the grid voltage VG of the corotron can be obtained from a sum of the operating voltage of the serialized constant-voltage element 10 on the market and the voltage fallout of the resistance 12 expressed by the expression I. Therefore, a difference between the grid voltage VG and the operating voltage Vz of the serialized constant-voltage element 10 on the market can be easily compensated by using the resistance 12. Thus, the grid voltage of an arbitrary value can be easily realized by using the constant-voltage element 10. |
