PURPOSE:To achieve economical excellence, to form a certain fine hole, and to obtain sufficient flexibility and mechanical strength by providing a porous layer formed porously on a substrate by using hydrophobic polyurethane. CONSTITUTION:As a basic material 2, for example, paper, cloth, nylon, polypropylene, nonwoven fabric such as regenerated fiber, cellophane, semi-transparent film such as ion exchange film, are used. An emulsion itself is formed by emulsifying water by using an interfacial active agent in an organic solvent solution or dispersive liquid of hydrophobic polyurethane. For a porous hydrophobic polyurethane layer 1, after the emulsion is applied to an appropriate basic film 2 by a certain application means, the emulsion is gelatinized by evaporating the layer at 50-80 deg.C, and then moisture is dried at a temperature of no lower than 100 deg.C, and the emulsion is formed porously. A film having fine hole can thus be producible cost-effectively, and sufficient flexibility and mechanical strength can thus be obtained. |
