PURPOSE:To enable light eating of the subject fried food as relishes, refreshments, etc., by placing fermented soybeans and chopped Welsh onion, etc., on a square wrapping case consisting essentially of wheat flour, gathering the four corners of the wrapping case, twisting the corners, forming a knob part and frying the resultant wrapped fermented soybeans in an oil. CONSTITUTION:Soy sauce is added to fermented soybeans and an amount edible in one mouthful is then placed on a square wrapping case consisting essentially of wheat flour. Chopped Welsh onion, chopped WAKAME seaweed, chopped beefsteak plant leaves, chopped laver, shavings of dried bonito, paste of mustard, etc., are then placed thereon. Four corners of the wrapping coatings are gathered and twisted to form a knob part 5. The resultant wrap is further fried in an oil and packaged. Furthermore, the wrapping case is produced by mixing wheat flour with fine fish bone meal, a seasoning, sugar and powdery mustard, adding a saline solution thereto, kneading the mixture, forming the kneaded mixture into a sheetlike dough and cutting the dough into a quadrilateral. |
