PURPOSE:To effectively deink a waste paper printed with an ink containing a binder resin by defibrating the waste paper to obtain a pulp slurry, aging the slurry at a temperature above the glass transition temperature of the binder resin and subjecting to flotation treatment. CONSTITUTION:Waste printed paper containing information-recorded waste paper printed with an ink containing a binder resin is defibrated to form a pulp slurry. The slurry is aged at a temperature higher than the glass transition temperature of the binder resin by preferably >=5 deg.C and subjected to flotation treatment to perform the deinking treatment of information-recorded waste paper. |
