<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the burden of a computer operator operating a plant by executing all of a computer program or a complicated operation like setting of parameters required for program execution by a computer. CONSTITUTION:When a plant is started or stopped, plant data indicating the operation state of the plant is collated with operation procedures of programs to guide the operator to selection of a program and its start timing or to automatically start a prescribed program. This system is provided with a data storage device where program start result data 18 is stored, a program operation planned procedure generation controller 20, and a storage device where data 22 is stored. In this constitution, program operation procedure data 6 is easily generated based on program start result data.</p> |
