PURPOSE:To facilitate the handling of an identification number and to improve the privacy by providing a data storage means storing a sent print data, a total sum storage means storing a total sum of print data, an input means and a print means printing out the print data when a data inputted from the input means is coincident with the total sum stored in the storage means. CONSTITUTION:The user sends a print data desired to be printed out with confidentiality to a data storage means 4 from a print data transmission means 3 and stored therein. In this case, the print data transmission means 3 calculates the total sum of all transmission data, displays the result so that the user recognizes the result, and on the other hand, the total sum of all the transmission data is calculated from the transmitted print data at a CPU 2 of a print means 1 and the total value is stored in a total sum storage means 5. The CPU 2 of the print means 1 discriminates whether or not the value inputted from an operating panel 6 and the value stored already in the total sum storage means 5 are coincident and the print means 1 prints out the print data corresponding to the corresponding sum when they are coincident. |
