PURPOSE:To create a system environment to be easily used for a user and a system manager utilizing shared resources by using a common or shared application software and a shared data after inputting a code for specifying the name of the user. CONSTITUTION:When the name of the user is inputted, the name of the user is checked and stored by a system program 12. Afterwards a shared application program 16 is loaded and executed from a server 10. Afterwards, a processing is executed by the shared application program, and access is performed to a shared data 16 in the server 10. When the application program is completely processed, the system program 12 is loaded from the server 10 again, and control is returned to the system program 12. Thus, the system can recognize which user performs access, and the easily usable environment is created for the user and the manager utilizing the shared resources. |
