PURPOSE:To reduce influence by abnormal measurement values and enable correct determination by adding respectively predetermined weights to output measurement values of a plural of adjacent detectors and then comparing the averaged values with one another. CONSTITUTION:Outputs of sensors S1 to Sn are respectively input 1 and weighted 2, and output measurement values of the sensors are processed and output by average value calculation 3 and comparison 4. Weighting is done where an output of the sensor S1 is a1, an output of the sensor S2 is a2, an output of the sensor S3 is a3 and so on until an output of the sensor Sx is ax, wherein a value to be averaged in a subsequent step is weighted in advance so that a1 is multiplied by 1, a2 is multiplied by 2, and a3 is multiplied by 1. When a result averaged in a step 3 is assumed to be b2, b2=(a1+2a2+a3)/4. Therefore influence of a1 affecting the output of the subsequent step is 1/4, influence of a2 is 1/2 and influence of a3 is 1/4, so that even if there is an irregular value among a1, a2, a3 to cause erroneous determination, the influence to b2 is 1/4 or 1/2. |
