According to the method of the main patent, a liquid to pasty product (80) is packaged under vacuum in order to be finally presented in a reservoir (R) closed off by a member (P) for dispensing without intake of air. To this end, the reservoir (R), previously filled with the said product (80), is enclosed in a chamber in which an air vacuum is maintained. The dispensing member (P) is then fastened in a leaktight manner on the reservoir (R). It is only after this operation that the chamber is returned to atmospheric pressure and that the dispenser under vacuum formed by the reservoir (R) and its dispensing member (P) is released. The present certificate teaches use of this method for two particular types of dispenser. However, in the case of both of them, the reservoir (R) has a rigid casing. In order to permit the dispensing of the product despite the internal air vacuum, their capacity varies, in the case of one by means of a scraper piston (100) moving in the reservoir (R), and, in the case of the other one by virtue of a compressible gas introduced above the product (80) and which expands. <IMAGE>
