PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption and to shorten charging/discharging time by arranging a discharge relay in a discharge circuit. CONSTITUTION:A charge relay 2b in a charging circuit B is connected based on a control signal from a control unit D, and a discharge relay 2c in a discharge circuit C is cut off. Then, a trigger signal is similarly applied to the base of a transistor 2a in a booster A from the unit D for a predetermined time, the transistor 2a is switched on, a low voltage current flows to a primary coil side of the booster A in a direction of an arrow with a fine solid line, and a high voltage induced current is induced at the secondary coil side in a direction of an arrow with a thick solid line, thereby charging the PA in a predetermined charge amount. The trigger signal is repeatedly applied to charge the PA to a rated voltage. Since the relay 2c is cut OFF, the actuator PA is not discharged through the circuit B during charging in a direction of an arrow with a broken line. Accordingly, the actuator can be charged with small power consumption in a short time. |
