PURPOSE:To divide radio channels mutually among radio base stations by grouping the radio channels into plural radio channel groups, and allowing every radio base station to set the priority order of the radio channel groups to be used in its own radio base station, and simultaneously, informing other radio stations in its circumference of this priority order. CONSTITUTION:The radio channels are grouped into plural radio channel groups like A-group, B-group, C-group, D-group,... Every radio base station sets the priority order of the radio channel groups in respect of the radio channels to be used in its own radio base station, and simultaneously, it informs other radio base stations in its circumference of this priority order, and also, every radio base station having been informed sets the priority order of its own radio channel groups so as to use preferentially the radio channel group whose priority order in other radio base stations based on informed contents is low, and informs other radio base stations in its circumference of the priority order of its own radio channel groups. |
