PURPOSE:To correspond even to the sudden change of load without using a battery at high voltage by changing over the states of connection of the capacitors of a first capacitor group and a second capacitor group in response to outputs from a voltage-drop detecting means and an oscillation means. CONSTITUTION:A motor 7 and load 8 are connected to a generator 1, a battery 3 and a load group 5 are bonded, the voltage drop of the generator 1 is detected by a voltage-drop detector 2, a changeover signal is output by an oscillation circuit 3, and the states of connection of capacitors 11, 12, 13, 21, 22, 23 are changed over in response to outputs from the voltage-drop detector and the oscillation circuit 3. Consequently, the batteries 4, and 5 can be supplied with a power supply at all times on normal operation. When the voltage drop of the generator 1 drops, the voltage drop can be recovered by the battery 4, thus improving the response of the motor 7 and the load 8. |
