PURPOSE:To easily manufacture and to improve reliability of connecting state of a driving electrode to a conductive connection pattern by securing a flexible circuit board to a piezoelectric vibrator in a state that a conductive pattern is superposed on the electrode and electrically connected with conductive adhesive. CONSTITUTION:Conductive connection patterns 53, 55, 57 and electrodes 41, 43, 47 of a flexible printed board 49 are superposed on the conductive connection patterns 53, 55, 57 and/or electrodes 41, 43, 47 with conductive adhesive 63 formed thinly and uniformly by a screen printing method or a thin film forming method, the adhesive is solidified in a state that they are electrically connected, and the board 49 is secured to a piezoelectric vibrator 33. Thus, even if the vibrator is vibrated, the pattern of the board is scarcely electrically removed from its driving electrode, thereby improving reliability of connecting state of the electrode to the pattern. |
