PURPOSE:To unnecessitate re-confirmation and to realize man power saving and simplification by displaying image data against an OCR-recognized item, inputting code data with manual input, and performing the comparison processing of OCR recognition result and manual input code data. CONSTITUTION:A picture of transfer request document inputted in an OCR recognition device 2 is processed by OCR recognition and transferred to a controller 3 to be sent to a post terminal 4. At the same time, an account number and the OCR recognition result of money are stored. In the terminal 4, the image data for each item and OCR recognition code data is parallely displayed to receive the confirmation and correction of an operator. After the input, confirmation, correction of the important items is ended and the operator pushes an end key, slip data is transmitted to the controller 3. In the case of the coincidence after comparison, the confirmation of the slit data is ended. In the case of incoincidence, the controller 3 replaces the OCR recognition result by the manual input data to be judged as inspecting required data, transmits it to a terminal 5 for inspection, performs the display of the slit data, and receives the re-confirmation by a different operator from the one performing the manual input. |
