PURPOSE:To make an estimate of power demand based on the operation schedule of each load and control the power so that the power demand may not exceed the target value in management by providing a power receiving facility and each load with terminals for power control, respectively, and providing each terminal with a power controller, and connecting each terminal to a communication network for power control. CONSTITUTION:Individual loads are connected to power control terminals 12-17 through switches 18 respectively controlled to open or close. The power estimating part 29 of the power control terminal on the side of a cubicle 2 estimates the power, referring to the data inputted from other terminals 12-15 or the analysis result of the program, and when there is a fear of estimated power topping the target value of the power demand, it outputs a command for reducing power properly to other power control terminals 12-17. Hereby, based on the operation schedule of each load, the estimate of the power demand can be made accurately, and the power can be controlled more properly by adding the operation change of load. |
