<p>PURPOSE:To simplify detachment of respective rollers and to easily perform inspection and cleaning work by inserting a joint capable of releasing fixation of a roller axis between the respective roller axis and bearings. CONSTITUTION:A joint 71 is fitted to an axis of at least one side in the whole roller for necessitating detachment of respective rollers. This joint 71 is formed of a stepped cylindrical part and furthermore one part of the large cylindrical part is split by a plane contg. an axial center. Two parts 71b, 71d are joined by the bolts 72, 72 perforating two holes 71g in the split part 71d. A key groove 71i is provided in a small cylindrical part Tic and a key 71h is inserted thereinto. On the other hand, a notched groove 68a is provided in the axis 68 of a roller 67. This groove 68a is engaged with a projection 71e provided to the inside of the split part 71d of the joint 71 and the mutual position in the rotary direction is fixed. A sprocket 73 is fixed to a roller axis 68 via the joint 71. When the roller 67 is detached from a frame 69, this roller can be easily detached only by loosening the screws 72, 72 and removing the split part 71d of the joint.</p> |
