This assembly comprises, in combination: - telescopic pillars (2), each comprising two elements (2a, 2b) engaged in one another, of which one (2a) is equipped at one end with a base (21) intended to bear on the ground, and of which the other (2b) comprises fastening members (22) which are oriented in multiple directions and are uniformly spaced over its length, means (24, 25) being provided to fix the elements (2a, 2b) with respect to one another in different relative positions; - elongate elements (3) which are equipped at their ends with fastening members (31) which complement the above-mentioned fastening members (22) supported by the pillars (2) and which can be joined to the latter in order to constitute structural modules (60) which can be attached to one another by the pillars (2); - floor elements (4) which are intended to cover the surface delimited by each module (60) by bearing against the upper face of at least some of the elongate elements (3), the edges of the floor formed with the aid of the floor element or elements (4) coinciding substantially with the lateral sides of the module (60), which are defined by the elongate elements (3). <IMAGE>
