摘要 PURPOSE:To largely switch the speed of a motor by controlling the rotating phase of a motor if the speed of the motor is controlled to a high target speed, and controlling the rotating frequency of the motor if the speed is controlled to a low target speed. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 12 controls a rotating phase under PLL control by using a pulse signal from an encoder of a card feeding mechanism 16 if it judges recording/reproducing time of information. That is, a control CPU 12 compares in phase a target speed signal corresponding to a high target speed V4 with a pulse signal from the encoder, and drives a card feeding motor by a signal voltage responsive to its phase difference. The CPU 12 controls, when judging a printing time or a punching time, the rotating frequency of the motor by using a pulse signal from the encoder of the mechanism 16. That is, a difference between the frequency of the pulse signal and the frequency corresponding to the low target speed V5 is taken, and the motor is driven the signal voltage responsive to the difference.
