<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate curling by a method wherein a base material composed of an aromatic polyamide fiber is impregnated with a resin composition capable of being cured without forming a volatile byproduct and a metal foil is laminated to the single surface of the impregnated base material and, subsequently, the laminated base material is cured under heating to obtain a sheet which is, in turn, wound around a metal drum so that the surface of the metal foil becomes outside to be subjected to post- curing. CONSTITUTION:The long base material unwound from a reel 1 passes through a dryer 2 to be dried. The base material after drying is continuously and quantitatively impregnated with a radical curable resin solution by a coater 3. Next, the metal foil and air shielding material delivered from reels 4, 5 are laminated to the impregnated base material by a laminating roll 6 while thickness is controlled and the uncured laminate 10 is guided to a heating furnace 7. Next, the cured laminate 11 is continuously taken up by a taking-up machine 8 to be taken up by a product winder 9. The air shielding material is peeled off from the product by the machine 8 to be taken up by a winder 12. The laminated sheet thus cured is wound around the metal drum of a separate line and the start and end parts thereof are fixed to the drum to subject the wound one to after-curing. By this method, the curling of the laminated sheet can be reduced.</p> |
