发明名称 COATING METHOD FOR OUTSIDE SURFACE OF PIPE COATED WITH SYNTHETIC RESIN
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To enlarge heat treatment capacity and to enhance production efficiency by introducing a synthetic resin pipe, so that into which a metallic pipe is inserted, into a hot blast stove so that the synthetic resin pipe can be shrink-fitted to cover the outside surface of the metallic pipe. CONSTITUTION:A steel pipe 1 is sent to an adhesive coating device 3 and the outside surface is coated with an adhesive 4. After the coated adhesive is dried, the steel pipe 5 coated with the adhesive is sent to a metallic pipe insertion device 6. Separately a thermal shrinkage type vinyl chloride pipe 2 is sent to the device 6 and the steel pipe 5 is inserted into this vinyl chloride pipe 2. Then a steel pipe 7 coated with the vinyl chloride pipe 2 is sent to a hot air circulation type hot blast stove 8. While the steel pipe 7 is carried in the hot blast stove 8, it is heated so that the temp. of the outside surface of the vinyl chloride pipe 2 is regulated to about 130 deg.C. By this heating, the vinyl chloride pipe 2 is softened and shrunk and closely stuck on the outside surface of the steel pipe 1. Moreover a steel pipe 9 whose outside surface is coated is obtained by bonding the vinyl chloride pipe 2 by the previously coated adhesive 4. At this time, heat treatment capacity can be very enlarged by stagnating and carrying many metallic pipes in the hot blast stove.</p>
