PURPOSE:To synchronize the output data of a latching circuit with the phase of an AC power source by equipping it with a microcomputer, which compares phase difference angle data with phase difference angle command value and outputs the phase angle modified data, and an integration circuit, which integrates the phase difference angle modified data so as to output them as phase difference angle data. CONSTITUTION:A microcomputer 12 reads in the data held at the edge of the rise of a signal 2a. Next, the microcomputer 12 compares these data 12 with the phase difference angle command value preset in a ROM 13, and performs the operation of comparison and integration. And it seeks such phase difference angle modified data that the difference becomes zero, and adds the phase difference angle modified data 15a to an integration circuit 16 through an output buffer circuit 15. Hereby, it can output the phase difference angle data always synchronized with the power frequency of an AC bus, thus the device for fixing the phase synchronized with power source can be gotten, which hardly causes the step-out phenomena and further is high in reliability. |
