PURPOSE:To enable amino acid to be measured with high sensitivity and instantly, durability to be improved, and analysis to be automated and speeded up by fixing diaphorase and amino acid dehydrogenase on a conductive substrate with polyfuncional aldehyde. CONSTITUTION:An enzyme electrode which is fixed on a conductive substrate along with a crosslinking agent with polyfunctional aldehyde with diaphorase and amino acid dehydrogenase as enzymes can determine amino acid instantly, with high sensitivity, and for a long period of time. A carbon electrode is used for an anode, various kinds of electrodes such as platinum, carbon, gold, and silver are used for a cathode, and silver and silver/silver chloride electrodes are used for a reference electrode where potential is regulated as this conductive substrate. Then, those derived from germs and animals are used for the diaphorase and amino acid dehydrogenase and are set. Also, a bifunctional group is used as a polyfunctional group aldehyde as a buffer liquid, thus obtaining an improved reproducibility and durability. |
