PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of physical properties and to enhance corrosion resistance by making the max. value of the count number of photoelectrons of Cu due to XPS analysis (X-ray photoelectron spectral diffraction method) in the chemical forming film formed to at least one surface of a can body twice or less that of the material quality constituting the can body. CONSTITUTION:A chemical forming film enhancing corrosion resistance and film close adhesiveness is provided to at least a part of the outer surface of a can body and Cu mixed with the chemical forming film prevents the densiness thereof and forms an internal battery along with Al of the can body and lowers corrosion resistance. When the count number of photoelectrons of Cu in the chemical forming film is larger than the twice of that of the can body, corrosion resistance is lowered. Therefore, by setting the count number of the photoelectrons to twice or less, corrosion resistance can be enhanced. The chemical forming film can be made thinner and manufacturing cost can be lowered. |
