<p>PURPOSE:To perform trim processing in a highly efficient manner by a method wherein a lift mechanism, is operated when a laminated sheet is set to a receiving table so as to be positioned at a predetermined place to allow a trimming blade to bite in the foam layer of the laminated sheet and, thereafter, an advance and retraction mechanism is operated to retract the trimming blade. CONSTITUTION:A laminated sheet 30 is constituted by laminating a foam layer 32 to the rear of a resin sheet 31 and set to a receiving table 10 to be positioned so that the foam layer 32 is directed upwardly. Next, when an advancing and retracting cylinder 21 is operated to advance a trimming blade 20 to the peel line 34 of the foam layer 32 of the laminated sheet 30, a receiving table driving cylinder 11 is operated to raise the receiving table 10 and the trimming blade 20 bites in the foam layer 32 of the laminated sheet 30. Subsequently, the cylinder 21 is operated to retract the trimming blade 20 to peel only the foam layer 32. Thereafter, the cylinder 11 is operated to lower the receiving table 10 and the laminated sheet 30 subjected to trimming processing is taken out from the receiving table 10. By this method, trimming processing can be efficiently applied and the foam layer can be decently peeled.</p> |
