<p>PURPOSE:To speed up the recovery operation and save the labor by detecting the pressure drop of the compartment adjacent to the compartment where the fault accompanied by pressure rise has occurred, and judging the existence of abnormality of this adjacent compartment. CONSTITUTION:In the compartment 4 where fault has occurred, pressure rise occurs by the rated gas pressure. And the if there is pressure rise over the judgment value PM, faulty point location is performed. In this case, the compartment 4 fails to be used, and the bus B 6 gets in power stoppage condition. Furthermore, in case that the spacer 2 between the compartment 4 and the adjacent compartment 5 breaks by the effect of fault, gas leakage occurs in the adjacent compartment 5, and pressure drop occurs by the rated gas pressure. And if it is the pressure drop over the judgment value PL, gas leakage location is performed. Gas leakage alarm is issued before reaching the insulation breakdown by the pressure drop, and warns users that the adjacent compartment 5 is incapable of being used. Moreover, if there is no abnormality in the adjacent compartment 5, power can be sent from the bus A 7, so with only the power stoppage of the buses A and B, the recovery becomes possible.</p> |
