In Example 10, a P.V.A. paint is prepared containing N-tri-n-butyltin 1,4,5,6,7,7-hexachloro - 1,4 - endomethylene - tetrahydro - 2,3- phthalimide and the same compound is incorporated in an acrylic acid resin composition in Example 11.
