PURPOSE:In preparing a dressing with a curry flavor blended with curry powder, to prepare the dressing with a curry flavor, having improved light resistance, preferable taste and color tone of its own, by adding a small amount of beta-carotene to the dressing. CONSTITUTION:In preparing a dressing with a curry flavor blended with 1- 10wt% based on total amount of dressing of curry powder, 0.002-0.01wt%, preferably 0.003-0.006wt% based on total amount of dressing of beta-carotene is added to the dressing. |
