PURPOSE:To make it possible to observe the entire configuration of not only a small size electronic part, but also a large size electronic part clearly by driving a movable means to move a light transmissive body to a transmission position and by making the light projected from a light source leak toward the back of an electronic part. CONSTITUTION:When observing a small size electronic part P1, a photo transmissive body 6 is retreated to an untransmissible position. In this state, light generated by light source 5 is projected to a light diffusion body 3 to diffuse, thereby enabling a camera 4 to observe a silhouet of electronic part P2. Further, to observe a large size electronic part P2, the light transmissive body 6 is moved to a transmissive position. In this state, since the light generated by the light source 5 is transmitted through the inside of the light transmissive body 6 and leaks from the bottom surface b of an extended portion 6b, a silhouet of electronic part P2 can be observed by the camera. In this case, if at least light leakage protective means 7a on the upper surface of extended portion 6a that plays the background of electronic part P2 is colored in bright such as white, the electronic part P2 can be observed clearly as a black silhouet by contrast with the bright background. |
