<p>PURPOSE:To improve display quality and to reduce a cost by laminating a photosensitive resin layer and a silicone rubber layer on a transparent substrate and forming the partition walls between picture elements by using these layers. CONSTITUTION:Colored parts and partition walls are formed by using the constituting matter laminated with the photosensitive resin layer having pattern formability by photolithography and the silicone rubber layer having a large oil- and water-repelling effect in this order on the transparent substrate and subjecting this matter to exposing and developing by a photolithography method. Then, the blotting and spreading of printing ink or the ink applied by an ink jet method, etc., are prevented. The partition walls between the picture elements acting effectively in a coloring process are produced and the low-cost color filters for liquid crystal display having high display quality are obtd. in this way.</p> |
