PURPOSE:To suppress the reddening, imperfect developing and degradation in sensitivity generated when the above compsn. is preserved in the state of being laminated on a metallic plate and to improve the adhesive property to the metallic plate by further adding a specific compd. to the compsn. contg. a carboxyl group-contg. high-polymer binder, a photopolymerizable monomer and photopolymn. initiator. CONSTITUTION:This compsn. contains the carboxyl group-contg. high-polymer binder, the photopolymerizable monomer, the photopolymn. initiator system, and the compd. expressed by formula and can be developed with an aq. alkaline soln. In the formula, R1 to R6 denote H, NH2, OH, SH, COOH, etc.; R1 to R6 may be the same or different. |
