摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the lack of ordering amount and that of commodity preparation amount by determining the ordering amount and commodity preparation amount, and when a planner in charge requests the correction of the amount, correcting the amount and then transmitting the corrected ordering amount and commodity preparation amount to an ordering source and a commodity preparation source. CONSTITUTION:An ordering amount display device 108 displays a calculated ordering amount on a display device. If a person in charge of ordering requires to correct the displayed ordering amount, the value is corrected through an ordering amount correcting device 109. The determined ordering amount is transmitted to a working center through an ordering amount transmitting equipment 110. Since the stock of each commodity is grasped in each number of days elapsed from an arrival date relating to the deterioration of freshness, an effective stock amount corresponding to the number of days elapsed is calculated and the ordering amount is determined based upon the calculated effective stock amount, the loss of selling chance especially due to the excess/lack of ordering amount can be reduced. Consequently, the too little ordering amount and commodity preparation amount can be especially prevented.
