<p>PURPOSE:To switch two constant current circuits at any time even when gate threshold voltages have variance by performing the switching operation on the basis of the binarization signal of a signal conversion circuit while using as a threshold voltage a reference voltage which is set for parallel connection circuit of two field effect transistor (TR) differential amplifiers. CONSTITUTION:Transistors Q5 and Q7 constitute a differential amplifier which has a reference voltage VDD/2 between TRs Q6 and Q8. Consequently, the operation of the TRs Q5 and Q7 is controlled with the reference voltage. The TRs Q5 and Q7, therefore, operate having VDD/2 equivalently as a gate threshold voltage to charge and discharge a capacitor C1, so a self-running oscillator which is free from the influence of variance in gate threshold voltage is constituted.</p> |
