PURPOSE:To improve the system efficiency, by perfroming rerun by an I/O control device when abnormality occurs in execution of instructions and by reporting rerun resulting in normal operation, impossibility of correction of abnormality, etc. to a main body. CONSTITUTION:An I/O control device 4 can control various I/O devices simultaneously, and an instruction to a card reader 2a is issued from a main body 1, and the devic 4 starts the device 2a to read one card. The device 4 checks the status of the device 2a at the end of the operation; and if the status is abnormal, the device 4 outputs it to a console typewriter 2n to report annormality to the operator. THe operator returns this card to the hopper from the stacker if this operation is requried and the operator instructs the device 4 to rerun for read or stop through the typewritter 2n. In case of return, the device 4 issues the instruction to the device 2a again. |
