METHOD OF CLEANING BULB SURFACE OF CRT

摘要

A method for washing outer side of cathode ray tube bulb is characterized by sprinkling the outer surface of bulb (1), which is continuously moved by a carrier, with pure water. Water sprinkling tubes (3) having lots of holes (4) are longitudinally laid out above both sides of bulb carrier (2). The above method can wash completely the emulsion liquid flowing down the outer surface of bulb and so improve the production yield of cathod ray tube as well as the work efficiency. And also it can cut man power since the washing process runs continuously.
