A box for holding various motoring accessories has internal walls to enable each item to be held in a fixed position. The box is also intended to hold a can of reserve petrol. The box is transported in the boot of a car and is provided with hooks (2, 3) which engage slots (1) in the wall which divides the boot from the passenger compartment. The box is thus held firmly in a position in front of the rear axle. In the event of an accident, the risk of damaging the can is reduced, with a consequent reduction in the risk of a fire due to the spillage of petrol.
