Tubular main supports (1) are welded together and driving shafts are installed through a hollow space in the forward support. Additional supports are pivotable on links between the rearward support and the shafts. Endless tracks (7) of hard rubber, guided around sprocket wheels and auxiliary rollers (5), have steel inserts in a number of projections (8) in the form of zigzag mouldings. The substructure (9) carries a DC motor and worm gear. Brakes are actuated by magnetic valves. USE - Enables immediate braking; pivoting e.g. for manoeuvring in narrow spaces; and lifting up of car e.g. for changing tyres.
