PURPOSE:To check any power transmission to the handwheel side from the tire side by shifting a translation cam in a cylinder by means of hydraulic pressure to be added to symmetrical pistons, while displacing a support member with the variation of a surface of this translation cam, and steering rear wheels via linkage. CONSTITUTION:When a handwheel 7 is steered to the left, by way of example, and front wheels are steered to the left by a power steering cylinder 12, pressure oil is fed to a pressure chamber 21A at the left of a cylinder 21 of a rear-wheel actuator, and a translation cam 22 is pushed toward the right by dint of a pressure differential with hydraulic pressure in a pressure chamber 21B at the right. If so, rollers 28, 29 of a support member 27 come into contact with the same phase areas 25b, 26b of cam surfaces 25, 26, and a link 30a of linkage 30 is tilted to the left, whereby another linkage 33 displaces a shaft 31 in the left direction as in illustration, and rear wheels 2 is thus steered in the left direction. In addition, if a steering angle of the handwheel 7 becomes larger, the rollers 28, 29 come to contact with opposite phase areas 25c, 26c of the cam surfaces 25, 26 in consequence, through which the rear wheels 2 are steered in the right direction. |
