PURPOSE:To prevent a stretching belt-shaped body from generating creases, breakage and the like and also prevent a carrying means from heat deterioration by cooling the carrying means to be heated following the heating of the stretching belt-shaped body by means of a non-clamped section of the stretching belt-shaped body. CONSTITUTION:Both stretching pulleys 3a, 3a are rotated from an inlet side I of a stretching belt-shaped body F to its outlet side O by driving a motor 33 set outside a side plate 32. On the other hand, both circulating belts 3b, 3b are stretched in tension on the semi-peripheral surfaces of the upper sections of the stretching pulleys 3a by means of a plurality of turn pulleys 34, 34... disposed on the side plate 32 and turned over and moved on the semi-outer peripheries of the stretching pulleys following the rotation of stretching pulleys 3a, 3a. The stretching belt-shaped body F clamped by the stretching pullyes 3a, 3a and the circulating belts 3b, 3b are heated up to the given temperature by the hot air from a hot air generating blower 5, and directly heated stretching pulleys 3a, 3a and circulating belts 3b, 3b are cooled by the water in a tank 4 at the non-clamped section of the stretching belt body F. |
