PURPOSE:To facilitate the adjusting operation of output deviation by inserting plural sets of filter means of different transmissivity in divided optical paths freely attachably and detachably and selectively inserting the filter means in the divided optical paths by a filter change over means. CONSTITUTION:The single laser light emitted from a laser beam oscillator 1 is divided into plural beams with a dividing mirror 3 and a total reflecting mirror 4, by which the divided optical system 10 of the divided optical paths A, B is formed. Then, the rotary setting plate 11 is set to the mirrors 3, 4 of the optical dividing means and each divided optical paths A, B freely rotatably. Plural sets of filter means of different transmissivity to be inserted in the divided optical paths A, B freely attachably and detachably are arranged. This filter means is selectively inserted in the divided optical paths A, B with a knob 12 of the change over means. Therefore, the operation for adjustment with high accuracy can be executed in the short time. |
