<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to maintain the performance of an important supervision/ control point even if plural computers constituting this supervision and control system are turned to an operation-disabled state by adding a load judgement part, an alarm output part and an emergency status supervising part to constitute the system. CONSTITUTION:The load judgement part 10 inputs increment/decrement information relating to the processing load of a computer in its system from a status supervising part 2, and when the processing load is included in a self-system processing load limit, outputs a message indicating the continuation of supervision to a supervising part 9. When the load exceeds the limit, a message indicating the change of a supervision/control period is outputted to the supervising part 2 so as to include the processing load in the allowable load of the computer concerned. When the output indicating the period change is inputted from the judgement part 10, the alarm output part 11 outputs supervision/control performance degeneracy to a CRT 4 and an alarm buzzer 6. The emergency status supervising part 12 executes status supervising in the unchanged period of the supervising part 2, and at the time of detecting a status change, outputs the detected result to a control output part 3. Even if plural computers constituting the system are disabled from operating, the performance of the important supervision/control point can be maintained.</p> |
