<p>PURPOSE:To improve film strength without losing the electric conductivity of R, G, B thin films by introducing a structure-reinforcing resin into the thin films simultaneously or after the formation of the thin films by a micell electrolysis method. CONSTITUTION:A patterned transparent conductive substrate is successively inserted into micelle solns. or dispersions of the respective colors prepd. by dispersing or solubilizing pigments or dyes having spectral characteristics of three primary colors; R, G, B and the structure-reinforcing resin in an aq. medium by using a surfactant consisting of a ferrocene deriv. and is subjected to an energization treatment for each of the respective colors, by which color sepn. filters are formed on the substrate. The color sepn. filters are otherwise formed first on the substrate by exactly the same method excluding the structure-reinforcing resin, then the substrate is inserted into the micelle soln. or dispersion obtd. by dispersing or solubilizing the structure-reinforcing resin in the aq. medium by using the surfactant consisting of the ferrocene deriv. and is subjected to the energization treatment, by which the thin film of the reinforcing material is formed on the color sepn. filters.</p> |
