<p>PURPOSE:To easily obtain a two-terminal element type high-definition liquid crystal display device at the time of element printing by structuring a sintered body varistor element in a shape which is continuous in parallel to a row electrode. CONSTITUTION:The row electrode 11 and picture element electrodes 12 are provided on a lower glass substrate 10 while a specific gap (d) is left, and the sintered body varistor element 13 is installed between the row electrode 11 and picture element electrodes 12 in a continuous belt shape parallel to the row electrode 13 while overlapping with the both. Therefore, the need for positioning at picture element electrodes at the time of printing is eliminated and the accuracy of the shape of a print pattern is improved. Consequently, the two-terminal element type high-definition liquid crystal display device is easily and simply manufactured at high yield.</p> |
